Refund policy
Welcome to XtraLoom. We strive to provide high-quality apparel and merchandise inspired by anime, Marvel, gaming, and trending designs. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Product has a manufacturing defect.
Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Proof Required for Return
To process any return request, customers must provide:
- A complete unboxing video from package opening to product inspection.
- Clear photos/videos showing the damage or issue.
- Order ID and contact details.
Without proper proof, return or replacement requests may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selected by customer.
- Color variation due to screen/display settings.
- Minor print placement variations.
- Customized or personalized products.
4. Replacement Policy
We provide replacements for the following issues:
- Size issue (if wrong size was shipped by us)
- Wrong design/product shipped
- Damaged item
- Manufacturing defect
Replacement products will be shipped after verification of the issue.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if:
- Replacement is unavailable, or
- The order cannot be fulfilled.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once the order enters production or shipping, cancellation is not possible.
